The Civil Litigation Department is headed by Hildegard Draycott. She qualified as a Solicitor in England and is also qualified to practice in Scotland. Hildegard joined Innes & MacKay in 2002 and became an Associate in 2003. Hildegard is able to assist in all aspects of civil litigation and her expertise is in the following areas.
