Selling

Home Reports
From 1st December 2008, with certain exceptions (notably new build houses) for all properties sold in Scotland the seller will require to supply a Home Report to interested buyers. The Home Report will comprise 3 separate parts:-

1. Single Survey
2. Energy Report
3. Property Questionnaire

 The Single Survey and Energy Report will be prepared by a surveyor. The Property Questionnaire will be prepared by the seller.

We will assist you in getting the Home Report prepared prior to putting your property on the market.
