How Can You Ensure Your Will is Watertight?

There have been a number of high-profile legal challenges to wills of late, with the most covered story involving a woman who received a third of her mother’s inheritance despite being omitted from her will.

Indeed, a report found that there has been a marked increase in the number of challenges to wills with a report finding that the number of claims making it to the High Court rose by 80% in the last year, with 178 cases going to the UK’s highest court. According to experts, a rise in property prices was the main reasons for children challenging wills.
