Paul Coutts is our Leasing Manager and can provide a comprehensive management service in all aspects of residential property management and factoring.

We currently offer three levels of service, our most popular being our inclusive Full Management & Letting Service.  For a variety of reasons, you may find you have a property or properties you may wish to let; it is our task to relieve you of the responsibility and worry of letting your property, should you opt for this service.

We can also offer either Tenant Selection Service, or our Lease Only Service.

• Lease Only Service - we provide written lease in legal form and statutory Notices
• Tenant Selection Service - in addition to written lease we find tenant for you
• Full Management and Letting (Lease, Tenant Selection and factoring) Service  - the complete service

All Landlords must register with the local authority - we can assist you with this.

ENERGY REPORTS

From 4th January 2009 all Landlords wishing to let out a property must first obtain an Energy Report. We can arrange this for you if required.
